Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Brewer who is passionate about craft beer, possesses strong attention to detail, and has a knack for recipe development. In this role, you will be responsible for wort production, cellar work, packaging, and data collection. The ideal candidate will bring previous brewing experience, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend tank check duties.
